Online Stress Management Training Course

Every body struggles with stress sometimes but we are generally equip to cope with this and continue with out lives with little or no effect. However sometimes the stress just gets that little bit harder to manage and if we don't address it we find ourselves getting more and more weighed down. I provide stress management training for my clients either in one to one sessions or in workshops. I do understand that not everybody has the time to spare which is why I provide an online Stress Management Training Course.

Course content: 

Module 1: Understanding Stress

  • What is stress?
  • How does it affect us?
  • How can we recognise it?
  • What are the signs and symptoms of stress?
  • What are the triggers?
  • Can stress be positive?

Module 2:  Coping with stress

  • Learning the signs
  • Relaxation techniques
  • Breathing exercises

Each module contains exercises throughout that need completing. At the end of each module there will be a questionnaire to assess knowledge and understanding.

This course is run online through emails containing pdf files which can be completed in four weeks and should be completed within six months of purchase.
